Persatuan Siswa/Siswi Teknologi Berasaskan Kayu (PSTBK) is the only association that related to program that ever established in PSA. PSTBK was established in 2006 and during its reign, everyone in PSA knows its gallant, reputation and profound under the sovereignty of these two bold lecturers, Mr. Zaril Faizal and Mr. Muhammad Kamal Ariffin.
But, it was only endured until late 2009. Everything is gone. No traces, no tracks, no monuments or no whispers of its glorious moment. Where were they gone? No one knows.
But, I have the answers!
Since from the beginning, it was me and Mr. Kamal that very enthusiastic about establishing an association for TBK's student in PSA. Our primary goal is to build a platform for TBK's student to furbish their talent and capability to comply with the nation's aim for human capital. It seems going well at the first kick-started, but something not in right track occurs later.
Why it happened? I just want to say this, every single activities that ran by PSTBK came from Mr. Kamal and I. Me and Mr. Kamal that are really wanted to run the activities not them. The PSTBK's members only managed to follow not to lead although they have a so-called leader.
In contrast, I discovered that polytechnic's student lack of leadership skills compared to university. They prefer to act as a servant than a master. That is why PSTBK has failed to maintain its glory. The enthusiasm belongs to me and Mr. Kamal not to PSTBK's members.
Now, who is going not getting any profit? Of course you all lah TBK's students! Shame on you!

ill be agreed if we re-establish this association because for me,TBK student will have their own way to gain knowledge without begging this POLITEKNIK 'PREMIER' for outsourcing. For sure they will juz giving the same answer that is 'KAMI AKAN BERBINCANG DENGAN PIHAK ATASAN' but for how long we must waiting for their DISAPPOINTING answers.

from PSTBK,we for sure will searching other alternative to gain knowledge in this woodbased industry and build up our leadership skill.
and da most important thing,the whole classes need to support each other and not arguing juz coz of small problem...AND DONT THINK THOSE OUTSOURCING,BUYING BOOKS/NOTES,OR ANY EDUCATIONAL ITEMS IS A BURDEN TO US...YEAH WE WILL LOSING MONEY BUT REMEMBER! ITS FOR OUR KNOWLEDGE AND OUR FUTURE..OPEN UR MIND IF U WANNA BE A SUCCESSFULL PERSON IN FUTURE..INSYALLAH
